Stepanavan is situated in 157 km from Yerevan . . . at the foot of mount Arjasar, near a pine-tree foriest. The rest home was built in 2010, and has two types of one and two storeyed buildings. One of latter has 4 accomodations of 3 rooms for 4 visitors(persons), the other 4 accomodations are of 2 rooms destined for 2 persons. In the whole the 2 buildings can resive 24 persons. All rooms consist of corridors, bedrooms, drawing-room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony.
